Private commissions: Hire Devin to do drawings, illustrations, paintings and other works of art. No request or idea you have is too big or too small. He enjoys doing works of art ranging from sketches of tiny objects found in nature to large scale full color works.

Private Land Study: Commission Devin, an excellent naturalist, to do a study of the place you live involving you and your family members. In this program art is used as a portal through which you will explore and learn about the place you live, whether it be a small city lot or an expansive countryside tract of land. This service has included in-depth research and investigations into local natural history, geologic history, cultural history, and land use history. Dozens of illustrations and studies will be produced during the project and the project’s culmination is a large-scale full-color painting of the family home or other portion of the land. Expect to explore, learn, and have fun while you get a first hand look at the rich fabric of nature where you live. 

 

Art Lessons: Devin is an experienced instructor. He offers private lessons for individuals and groups and you can count on a unique hands-on learning experience during which your artistic skills will improve remarkably. Devin teaches mostly in the outdoors and explores that context to find subjects for learning. He offers lessons to people of all ages.
